1. General Principles
- Within 7 days of purchase, if features were not used → full refund.
- After 7 days, a partial refund is issued by deducting the regular price for the months used.
- For package passes, partial refunds are not supported by store policy; if used even once, no refund. All refunds follow each store’s policy first.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions are managed via Google Play or Apple App Store. Balances and refunds are processed according to each store’s policy.
3. How to Request a Refund
- In the app, go to “Purchase & Membership Management,” cancel your subscription, then follow the store’s refund steps.
- Refund processing follows the store’s policy and may take up to 14 days.
- For refund inquiries, please contact the customer support of the respective store.
